I had my 1st Annual Galentine’s Day Brunch at our home this past weekend and I feel so blessed to have such wonderful women in my life.
Here’s some photos of the day, including the super cute waffle bar inspired by Pinterest!

I had a little savory and sweet waffle bar with gluten-free and sugar-free syrup options along with donuts, cookies and this cute cake from Susie’s Cakes down the street from my house <3

I also stopped by my local Trader Joe’s the day before to pick up some flowers so that we could make our own bouquets for my friends to take home!

Relationships and connection are super important to me and it’s actually the topic of conversation that I have with my therapist for the majority of our sessions. She tells me that it’s a skill that I can recognize the specific qualities that each of my friends possesses, qualities that fill me up and that I often crave. And she says it’s special that I not only know who to turn to but am fortunate to have those resources and support for when I’m feeling or needing certain things. I really never thought of it that way but I can see how it’s true. Each and every one of these women (and close friends not pictured) are in my life at this moment for a reason. Love you all from the bottom of my heart.

Can’t wait to host another Galentine’s Brunch next year (and other fun events throughout the year!)
